Welcome to website of the Chinese Historical Society of America (“CHSA”). The himmarklai.org website (“Website”) and services are owned and operated by CHSA (“Society”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Access to our Website, use of the services (“Services”) described in the Website, and your purchase of our Services and products is subject to this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) and the CHSA Terms of Service (“Terms”), which are incorporated by this reference and includes provisions on limitations on damages and resolution of disputes relating to this Privacy Policy.

This Website and our emails may contain links to third party websites including social media sites. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Website, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Website, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ from this Privacy Policy. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
